Flying Freehold Red Line Drawings 2021-25

Cobalt Housing is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitable consultant to provide red line drawings to flying freehold properties that are purchased by Cobalt tenants via the right to buy scheme. The drawings will then be presented as part of our documents provided to HM Land Registry. Services are to include - o Production of red line drawings o Site visit to measure and evaluate the property o Submission of drawings to Cobalt or legal representative. o Liaise with both Cobalt Officers and Cobalt's legal representation until the red edged drawings are finalised (this may include amendments to the original drawing). Drawings are to be HM Land Registry compliant as part of Right to Buy applications. The consultant is to be suitably experienced in successfully completing red line drawings that are accepted by HM Land Registry. Cobalt preference is for drawings to be produced by an up to date method which may include: GIS Software, CAD, OS maps.
