<p>This is to obtain information from any interested parties and receive documentation reflecting what they could potentially offer us as a service. Purpose &ndash; to provide call handling service between 1715-0845 Monday to Thursday and from 1715 on Friday until 0845 Monday including Bank Holidays and Christmas holiday period Requirements &ndash; use of software package that would record the above information and collate for performance monitoring. To provide monthly data detailing number of calls received, to have local knowledge of the borough of Fareham, compliant with all FBC policies and procedures, including data protection and GDPR. Service &ndash; to answer calls to the out of hours number taking down details of the complaint. To email these details to the out of hours email address. To monitor that duty officer has received the query and actioned it.
