Tender description
The supermarket vouchers are required to provide direct assistance to vulnerable households with children who have been affected by the pandemic. Recipients include Care leavers, children under 5 through children centres and 2 year olds eligible for free education. Approval has been obtained via the Head of finance. Given the exceptional circumstances it has been agreed that the food vouchers will be purchased via an approved exemption. The Winter grant funds need to be allocated by the 20th June 2021.
