Tender description

The North West SEND Flexible Purchasing System for non-maintained and independent special schools (NMISS) led by Cheshire East went live on 1.3.21. The business case and cabinet report for Liverpool’s approval to join was submitted on 08.10.20. The sign off for this has not progressed so there is now no contract number for any NMISS placements and invoices cannot be processed. However, West Kirby School has not signed up to the FPS because they don't agree to the contractual terms, this means that this provider will need an ongoing exemption. SEND commissioned 5 placements at West Kirby School. The placements were initially commissioned in academic years 2016-17 and 20-21.
