Tender description

1. The Authority requires the Contractor to patrol all of its car parks ensuring Trust terms and conditions of car parking is adhered to; 2. Pursue the payment of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to their conclusion; 3. Introduce Pay by Phone technology to all operating sites; 4. The provision and installation of new and replacement ticket machines across the estate; Lot 1: 1.
