Lot 1: Urban Designer/Landscape Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Services for the Sligo City Centre Public Realm Enhancement Project The Sligo City Centre public realm enhancement project involves the upgrading of the following streets: Stephen Street/Rockwood Parade/Holborn Street/Tobergal Lane/Water Lane. Sligo County Council is seeking the full range of complimentary consultancy design team services to develop the project from preliminary design, to securing all necessary statutory consents, detailed design, to complete tender and construction documentation, tender evaluations, inspection of construction works and issue statutory certification on completion.
