Tender description

<p>The council is offering a licence to occupy an area of the beach at Uphill Sands, Weston-super-Mare, for the siting of a mobile catering unit. The site will be offered under licence for an initial period up to 31 March 2022. There is also the opportunity for the council to grant an extension to the licence for up to a further 24 months. The site is available for use between dawn and dusk every day of the year, subject to tidal conditions. Please see attached bid document for further details.</p> Keywords: Concession
