Specialist Group-Based Short Breaks for Children and Young People with Disabilities

Norfolk County Council have awarded a block contract to a Provider to deliver specialist group-based short breaks from three premises across the King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council area and the Breckland District Council area. A budget of £120,000 per year is available for this service, which is to cover all three premises from which the Service will be delivered. The Service will be available regularly throughout the year during most school holidays and at weekends. Norfolk County Council may decide to expand the Service to include some evenings in the future. The exact dates the Service will be available, will be agreed prior to the Service commencing and is likely to differ between the sites, although we wish the first contract to commence 26 July 2021.. Additional information: The value is based on the total budget to deliver the service for 2 years. If the Council extends the contract the value will increase by £120,000 per year
