Pre-Procurement Market Engagement for Waste Disposal Services

Liverpool Street Scene Liverpool (LSSL), a subsidiary of Liverpool City Council (LCC), are currently reviewing their strategy with regards to Waste Disposal Services. LCC are undertaking this market engagement exercise on behalf of LSSL. The aim of this exercise is to understand what the market can offer to support LSSL to define and deliver their strategy, as well as gauging market interest in this opportunity. LSSL are considering developing a framework to meet their requirements which may be based on the following Lot structure: • Lot 1 - Commercial Trade Waste Disposal Facility - North Liverpool • Lot 2 - Commercial Trade Waste Disposal Facility - South Liverpool • Lot 3 - Green Waste Disposal Facility - South Liverpool • Lot 4 - Cardboard Recycling Facility Please note that this is a soft market testing exercise, for information purposes and to help develop our requirements, add value and drive innovation. This does not constitute a formal offer and may or may not result in a procurement exercise being undertaken. All correspondence must be made via ProContract.
