Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") have awarded Mozaic Services Limited 12 month Call-Off Contract via G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement (RM1557.12). The service delivers robust transition planning and support of new, updated and retired services and suppliers. The service includes the provision and co-ordination of skilled resources with a common and proven transition framework to support and execute effective change whilst managing the risks of complex transition periods.
