Tender description
The SPCB requires a framework of Panel Members to provide non-government bill drafting services. The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) requires a panel of drafters for the provision of non-government Bill drafting services and wishes to engage with members of that panel under a Framework Agreement. Under the Framework agreement, the SPCB will enter into individual Call-off Contracts with Panel Member for each individual Bill.
