Minor Works Framework for Building Maintenance

Tender description

Pembrokeshire County Council wishes to establish a framework for the provision of minor works for building maintenance. The framework will consist of mainly housing, non-housing and mechanical and electrical split across 9 Lots. This framework will cover internal and external refurbishments to the housing stock (est 5,000 properties), including responsive repairs, disabled adaptations, new kitchens and bathrooms, roofing works and repairs to windows and doors. It also includes repairs and small scale refurbishments to our schools and public buildings. Lot 1: Responsive Repairs Works of a responsive nature to the Housing and Public Buildings Portfolio Lot 2: Tenancy Changes (Voids) Repairs and maintenance works to the housing stock during tenancy changes. Lot 5: Roofing Re-roofing works to the housing stock. Lot 6: Mechanical/Plumbing Repairs Mechanical/Plumbing repairs of a responsive nature Lot 7: Electrical Repairs Electrical repairs of a responsive nature Lot 8: Internal Disabled Adaptations to Domestic properties internal disabled adaptations mainly for showers/bathrooms Lot 9: Windows/Doors Repairs and maintenance of doors and windows Lot 3: Works up to 25,000GBP General maintenance and repairs up to 25,000GBP Lot 4: Works from 25,000 to 300,000GBP General maintenance and repairs from 25,000 to 300,000GBP
