Tender description

The successful tenderer is required to annually visit a schedule of sites. Inspect and test our Lightning Conductors on site and to ensure that installations comply where required with current best practice requirements for lightning protection. The aim of the service is to ensure that WDH has an appropriate and working Lightning Protection Systems commensurate to the type and structure of buildings within the estates and an inventory of 'at risk 'features within each building. The service is a test and maintenance service only. Major system upgrades are not part of this requirement and will be subject to further competitive tender.
