The Council is proposing to construct one new build primary care surgery and convert and expand a listed building to accommodate two practices at Land Rear of 2- 28 Belfast Road, London N16 6UH and The Portico Building, 34 Linscott Road, London, E5 0RD. This Pin Notice gives advanced notice of the Council's intention to procure for appropriate organisations to consider Expressing an Interest and submit a tender for one or both of the following Lots. Lot 1 : To construct a new Primary Care Surgery building to accommodate a practice - at Land to the rear of 2 - 28 Belfast Road, London N16 6UH. Lot 2 : To convert and expand a listed building to provide a new Primary Care Surgery to accommodate a practice at - The Portico Building, 34 Linscott Road, London E5 0RD. Estimated project value of the 2 Lots combined is around £13m The tender will be by Competitive Procedure with Negotiation with an initial Supplier Assessment Questionnaire (SQ) leading to short list of 5 and the ITP Invitation to Participate in th final stages will be published in due course in July 2021. If Expressing an Interest please also complete the attached SQ Questionnaire by the 28th June 2021 The Invitation to Participate will follow an evaluation of the Supplier Questionnaires where the top 5 scoring SQ's will be shortlisted to the Tender ITP stage.
