Homes England Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System

Tender description

<p>Homes England is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to replace the Delivery Partner Panel (DPP3) for housebuilders, contractors and residential developers to work with Homes England and other contracting authorities who may wish to develop homes on land that they own. The DPS aligns with Homes England's mission and objectives as set out in our Strategic Plan.
