Sport Ireland recognises that promoting innovation is essential to support the continued development of sport and physical activity in Ireland. An opportunity now exists to integrate and plan the development of an Innovation & Enterprise Hub ( IEH) for Sport on the Sport Ireland National Sport Campus. Scope of the study: Sport Ireland wishes to commission an initial feasibility study which will examine a range of issues relating to the development of a world -class Enterprise and Innovation Hub on the Sport Ireland National Sports Campus.This Feasibility study will: 1. Set out the project rationale that clearly articulates the opportunity. 2. Identify and prioritise the objectives of the project with the key stakeholders. 3. Identify international best practice around Enterprise and innovation centres for sport and sports-specific incubators in terms of strategic positioning and objectives, services provided, types of companies supported and business model. 4. Assess all additional use-cases and stakeholder needs that could be supported through an Innovation & Enterprise Hub for Sport located on the Sport Ireland National Sport Campus. - Assess the alignment of the project with the wider strategic objectives of key stakeholders (Sport Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, Government) Lot 205700: Feasibility Study for Innovation & Enterprise Hub for Sport on the Sport Ireland National Sport Campus’ Lead Strength & Conditionaing Consultant required by Sport Ireland.
