Expression of Interest - Provision of accommodation for victims of domestic abuse

<p>LCC has been awarded &pound;1.5M New Burdens funding by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), to provide safe accommodation for victims of domestic abuse. This funding has been awarded for 12 months in the first instance, and whilst MHCLG confirm that there will be future funding, they are unable to confirm the amount of future allocations. This means that there is a risk in commissioning anything for longer than 12 months. The purpose of this expression of interest is to ask the market if providers have the capacity to set up accommodation-based projects for a period of 12 months only and what this type of service would look like.
