Evaluation of the Sport Ireland Investment into Sports Inclusion Disability Projects

Sport Ireland now wishes to commission an Evaluation of Sport Ireland's Investment into Disability Projects between 2018 and 2020 focusing on 3 aspects of Sport Ireland’s investment- the Sports Inclusion Disability Officers (SIDO network), Cara centre and NGB programmes that target people with a diability through the NGB 'Community and Disability projects' fund. The purpose of this evaluation is to understand the impact of this SIDP investment under the pillars of participation, sustainability, capacity building and awareness. The evaluation will use programme guidelines and application forms provided by Sport Ireland as key reference documents, as well as other reporting documents submitted to Sport Ireland by funded bodies throughout the duration of the programme. The key findings of this evaluation will inform Sport Ireland’s investment in to disability projects going forward.
