RM3876 Lot 1 Appointment of a Property Consultant - Redditch Railway Quarter Re-Development - Worcestershire County Council is seeking to appoint a property consultancy team to assist in the delivery of its corporate strategy of delivering Additional Rail Station Developments, for the purpose of enabling economic growth, including the purchase of land adjacent to key rail nodes in accordance with adopted policies for transport and growth and as part of the post pandemic recovery. The commission would comprise of: - Undertake and land valuations to support land acquisition - Prepare acquisition strategy - Negotiation on acquisition on behalf of WCC - Support to any CPO processes if/as required - To attend Project Management meetings if/as required
