DAFM — RFT for the Supply and Delivery of Pneumatic Spreaders

The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) wishes to procure the supply, delivery and installation of Pneumatic Spreaders – either 12 metres and/or 15 metres subject to funding. The DAFM operates the national crop variety evaluation programme in Ireland. The accurate application of chemical fertilisers and pesticides such as granular herbicides and slug pellets is important to ensure the accuracy of the programme particularly where different rates of product are used in adjacent trials. Additionally, the machine should be capable of the accurate application of small seeds e.g. establishment of cover crops. Lot 1: 12 Metres — Pneumatic Spreader The 12 metre Pneumatic Spreader must ensure the accurate application of chemical fertilisers and pesticides such as granular herbicides and slug pellets is important to ensure the accuracy of the programme particularly where different rates of product are used in adjacent trials.
