Tender description

<p>As part of the Town Deal Fund Warrington and Halton Hospital have been awarded funds to create a multi-agency Health and Wellbeing Hub in Warrington Town Centre. The aim of the Hub is to encourage people back to the Town Centre and by doing so increase economic regeneration. The Health and Wellbeing hub will bring together a mixture of clinical and generic space with the aim of providing welcoming and accessible spaces for group work and informal conversations, but also space for confidential conversations and some clinical work. It will be an innovative and forward-thinking space with wellbeing and preventative initiatives being provided alongside more traditional clinical practice. Three locations have been shortlisted, all of which are in Warrington Town Centre. Two of these spaces are disused retail units. The third option is a space within a larger building that is used for voluntary and other third sector organisations.
