Please see attached Project Brief and Schedule of Additional Accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: — 2 x classrooms 80.0 m each — 6 x SET rooms 15 m each — giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 322.6 m Section B: — two classroom SEN Base 343.2 m — giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 439.3 m — Giving gross floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases and lift: 882 m Section C — buildings for demolition/removal: existing Prefab 60 m and existing covered shelter 150 m Also external: — secure hard and soft play area 200 m — sensory garden 100 m — 6 parking spaces.
