The Bi-Borough (Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea) is transforming its reablement services which provides planned, short term intensive support for service users to regain independence and confidence in carrying out everyday activities. The Bi Borough is committed to working with the marketplace to maximise the commissioning opportunities to be gained and to understand the current market position. We are keen to hear your views and utilise your expertise to commission a high-quality service.
