NEC4 ECC Option B - Bill of Quantities from of contract for the Renovation and Refurbishment of the existing Everton Day Centre to include the re-configuration of the current open plan departmental areas to include suitable defined group rooms and associated alterations to external facades. Reconfiguration of cellular office space and ancillary accommodation to cater for changing service need. Renovation of external landscapng to the south west elevation.
