Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) has partnered with Drogheda Port Company to invite tenders for support in relation to the development of a green hydrogen facility at Bremore Port.

Tender description

Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) has partnered with Drogheda Port Company to develop a greenfield port north of Bremore Point on the Meath coastline. As the port will service nearby offshore wind farm developments, from which electricity to use in electrolysis can be provided, it plans to invest in the production, storage and distribution of green hydrogen. RGRE is at present managing tender processes on behalf of Bremore Ireland Port. RGRE invited tenders to assist in identifying funding at EU and National levels, public and private, for a green hydrogen production, storage and distribution facility at the port and in successfully securing such funding for the proposed facility. Please note that this tender process has already taken place and a contract award notice will be published week commencing 24 May 2021. Interested parties should not respond to this notice, further opportunities will be published on eTenders as and when they arise.
