Provision of Services for Generator and UPS Maintenance Services at Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience

Tender description

The Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience are seeking to put in place and maintenance agreement for the annual maintenance and inspection of the following: • 1 no. 310kVA Standby Generator; • 1 no. 40kVA UPS; • 1 no. 15kVA UPS; and • 6 no. 10kVA UPS. The contract requires 2 no. scheduled visits per annum; 1 minor visit to carry out an inspection of all equipment and ensure the efficient running of same and 1 major visit to carry out a full inspection and service of all equipment. The maintenance contract would also require a 24/7 emergency callout service with suitable response times and would run from July 1st, 2021 to June 30th, 2024 with scheduled maintenance visits in October and April each year. Note: To comply with warranties, all servicing of the UPS equipment MUST be carried out by Riello certified technician. Proof of certification to be provided prior to contract commencement. For each major/minor inspection, controlled load testing is to be carried out at a scheduled date and time to test the generator and changeover panel under normal operating conditions. Operator will required to liaise with the site management, maintenance electricians and IT/Network facilities operators.
