Tender description
This tender seeks the provision of a project manager (PM) to provide PM administration and PM advisory services to assist Meath Womens Refuge and Support Services in the delivery of a New Purpose-Built Refuge to provide 8 No. 2 bedroom two storey units/apartment on a brownfield site at Tailteann Drive, Navan, Co. Meath (and incorporating an Ancillary Services Building as part of an overall masterplan). This tender is not for Employers Representative (ER)services. An integrated Design Team comprising Architect (as ER and Assigned Certifier), Quantity Surveyor, Civil and Structural Engineer, M and E Engineer and PSDP has already been appointed as per a tender process (RFT 181037-PROJ000006755-MC for Integrated Design Team Services for Meath Women's Refuge).
