Tender description
The Council is looking to commission an advisor (‘the Provider’) with specialist knowledge and experience of applying systems transformation theory/models and leadership with a knowledge and understanding of the VCFS to support with reinvigorating the SHF so that future working is based on lessons learned during Covid-19. The successful Provider will need to demonstrate a proven track record of working across all sectors working in homelessness and rough sleeping.
