Outsourcing of pre-employment background checks.

Tender description

<p>During 2020 Government of Jersey onboarded approximately 1100 new staff members who all need to go through the clearance checking process with the level of background checks completed depending on the role and seniority level they had been recruited for. The renewal of clearance checks was also required for a further 1400 existing staff who took up another position within the organisation during the year. Additionally, the GoJ need to recheck the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for existing staff on a regular basis to ensure that no changes have occurred that need taking into consideration by PeopleHub or line management.</p> Keywords: Security Checks
