THIS OPPORTUNITY IS BEING RUN THROUGH THE GATESHEAD CLINICAL IT FRAMEWORK AND IS ONLY OPEN TO SUPPLIERS LISTED ON THIS AGREEMENT THAT ARE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING AN OFF THE SHELF MATERNITY EPR SOLUTION.. University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust (UHP) is seeking capable suppliers who are able to provide an off the shelf Maternity EPR solution . We have provided information about UHP's requirements within the attached documentation. An overview of the procurement process is as follows: - The first step will be to meet key UHP stakeholders via MS teams and receive live online system demonstrations (overviews) from each capable supplier. - Following one 2 one meetings UHP will issue a final OBS (Output Based Specification) to suppliers and ask for this to be completed including a pricing file and present this back UHP by uploading this through this etendering portal. - UHP will then evaluate bids and invite suppliers who meet the Trusts essential requirements to a more in depth system demonstration. We are hoping to do this at the Derriford site, but may have to take place virtually dependant on the COIVD restrictions at the time. - UHP reserves the option to request a best and final price from suppliers who at this stage still meet the essential requirements. We have set up time slots for demonstrations next week as the Maternity department is very keen on speaking to suppliers as quickly as possible, This is detailed in the attached documentation .
