Tender description

Maryhill Housing is seeking to commission an external consultant to carry out a comprehensive survey of our customers and to provide a detailed report on findings between May and August 2021. The survey will look at customer satisfaction from our social housing tenants and from owner occupiers who receive a factoring service from us. The survey will have the dual purpose of meeting the Association’s reporting requirements to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) and providing input into the future shaping of our services when COVID-19 lockdown restrictions are relaxed.
