<p>Warrington Borough Council is conducting a market test for the future provision of waste Transfer Station and Associated Haulage, Waste Disposal &amp; Recyclate. The Council currently directly provides residual waste, garden waste and dry mixed recyclate collections from the households in its area. It has a contract for the operation of three Community Recycling Centres, has many bring sites in its area and produces waste from several of its own operations. It also offers a Trade Waste and Recycling service to local businesses.
