Tender description
NRW is seeking to award a framework for the supply of Land Agency Services. The work will include but not limited to negotiating acquisition and disposal of rights in land, and to evaluate and negotiate compensation associated with capital flood asset construction schemes, and to provide land agency services for the management of existing flood assets Lot 1: Natural Resources Wales (NRW) owns and manages approximately 135,000 hectares of land in Wales, ranging from national nature reserves to commercial forests and flood assets. NRW requires assistance from land agents to negotiate access to land and rights in land to ensure timely delivery of the programme.
