PBNI is seeking to procure a new Human Resources (HR) and Payroll system to streamline and automate manual business processes and significantly reduce administration costs. PBNI wishes to establish the level of market interest to inform the procurement process. The objectives of this exercise are to: • gain initial supplier awareness, engagement, and opinion, resulting in a confidence around viability. • gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions. • understand possible risks and issues not previously considered. • inform the Outline Business Case; and • inform the Procurement Strategy. • prevent the department from advertising an unachievable project at Find a Tender Service (FTS) stage. *PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING FUNCTION on eTendersNI, BEFORE 3PM ON THE DATE SPECIFIED BELOW UNDER 'Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate'.
