Framework Agreement for Construction Related Professional Services (2021)

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking tenders from Consultants for a Professional Services framework agreement. • Architect • Quantity Surveyor • Structural Engineer • Mechanical and Electrical Engineer • Principal Designer • Employers Agent Consultants will be required to support construction works in various locations throughout the Bradford District and further afield should the Council secure external works outside the District. This framework will be used by any Council Department and it is expected to be the mechanism for all commissions for the categories required by the Council. However, the Council reserves the right to procure commissions separately outside of this Framework agreement if it is deemed in their best interests to do so. The framework is also set up to allow other Local Authorities, Agencies, Academies, and Trusts to use the framework for their own projects.
