Fairfields Community Sport Hub, Landscape Hardworks and Civils Infrastructure Contract

Tender description

The scope of this tender is to undertake the excavation and construction works required to construct a permanent access road, associated carparking and surface water drainage system, footpath access, ramps, steps and areas of hard standing, fencing, railings and gates and additional street furniture identified on the plans. The contract does not include the construction of the pavilion building, artificial grass pitch or natural grass pitches, which have or are being constructed by others. It also does not include soft landscape finishing works except related to reinstatement or making good areas disturbed by the contract works.
