Tender description

Comhairle nan Eilean Siar are looking to explore what the market interest would be for the future acquisition of both, the Dun Berisay and Dun Eisdean residential care home sites, if both assets were to be declared as surplus to the Comhairle’s requirements. Both sites, are located within the Stornoway area, within the Isle of Lewis. The purpose of this exercise is to help the Comhairle formulate the future strategic options for the sites in question. No decision on the future of these assets have been undertaken to date.
