Design Services for new rowing boat storage at Prehen Boathouse. T HCO 20-061

Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council require design services to complete detailed designs on a rowing boat store on the existing site at Prehen boathouse. This contract will be executed under the terms of the NEC3 Professional Service Contract (Option A) Scope of Services 1) Design of a Rowing storage shed in the location of that in the yellow section on drawing Proposed Site Plan - option 3a 2) Obtain statutory approvals for the new boat store shed as required. 3) Act as Principle Designer for the project. 4) Assist in preparation of main contractor tender docs and procurement competition. 5) Administer the NEC3 works contract for the construction phase and defects period. 6) Compliance with CDM requirements.
