Tender description

Alterations to Form New Electrical Switchgear Room. The works will consist of the following elements; - Strip out works to include electrical switchgear / services and mechanical ventilation ductwork, removal of wall linings, suspended ceilings, existing doorset, removal of built up floor. - Structural works to include structural opening in solid floor with associated steelwork and a number of cores through existing stone wall. - New structural floor within proposed switchroom. - Installation of new electrical services. - Formation of 1hr rated partitions and lid, installation of doorset. - Full installation of new electrical services as per Callidus Design information. - New floor finishes.
