Tender description

The Warm Up Skill Up (WUSU) project intends to engage with homes who have had an Energy Trace Thermal Imaging Survey and identify eligible homes from this cohort to install GHG LAD funded energy saving measures up to the value of £10,000 per property. The project aims to use the thermal imaging surveys, as well as on site retrofit assessments, to influence the best energy saving measures to install via a ‘medium-term plan’ to 25 eligible homes, in line with PAS2035 process. For all homes who proceed to an installation on the WUSU project, BCC will commission a post-installation Energy Trace Surveys to reflect the improvements made in regard to heat loss. The retrofit coordinator will be required to undertake on-site visits during the delivery of works and the sign off of works, ensuring Trustmark compliance.
