Tender description

This tender is for testing of composite materials to determine the material properties to be used in blade design. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) relates to the testing of composite materials to inform blade design. The undertaking of a dedicated test programme can provide data to narrow variability and reduce uncertainties in material properties in order to establish design values using statistical means.
