Award of Building improvement works, Risk Street, Dumbarton The award of this contract in March 2018 was for the engagement of a suitably qualified contractor who can undertake the required works for improvements to Housing in Risk Street, Dumbarton. The main aim works were to Strip off existing roof coverings, insulate and recover; strip off existing walkway coverings and recover; repair / replace balustrading and decoration / preservative works; remove existing rainwater goods; insulate walls and apply new cladding system; install new rainwater goods to match existing; extend overflows, vents for each block of flats. The works were undertaken between March 2018 and September 2019.
