Tender description

Saint Mary’s National School, Bishop Street, Limerick is a co-educational primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Bishop of Limerick. The school buildings date from 1950’s and have been identified as 2 no. blocks being the 2 storey general classrooms block (block 1) & GP Hall (Block 2). It is now proposed to undertake a refurbishment of the existing school building including roof finish replacement, cost optimal thermal fabric and energy efficiency upgrade, structural repair work, fire upgrade works and other such necessary works as may be identified upon completion of condition surveys, feasibility study & reports. In addition, a 1 classroom Special Educational Needs (SEN) base suite of accommodation shall be appropriately integrated within the existing school building.
