Tender description
The service comprises of the completion of a feasibility study into the development rerquirements and ecconomic potential of a Galway and Mayo Blueway in the region extending from Lough Mask in County Mayo to Galway Bay in County Galway along the Corrib and assoicated waterways and canal network and a zone 5 - 10 KM inland. Feasability study will include ,but not be limited to, a gap analysis between existing facilities and requirements of a blueway, analysis of the potential economic and social benefits of a Blueway in the zone described, and proposals for capital investment in each local authority area, Galway City, Galway County and Mayo County to build a Blueway. Proposals for capital investments shall be structured on a local authoirty basis
