Tender description
Cork County Council are required to have in place an Oil and Hazardous & Noxious Substances (HNS) Pollution Emergency Plan in accordance with Sea Pollution Acts 1999-2006 for the coastline under its jurisdiction. Cork County Council are seeking a suitably qualified Marine Contractor to assist in implementing the Emergency Plan with respect to Tier 1 of its Oil Spill Contingency Plan. The Contract will run over a 3 year period.
