Provide experience of the public sector commercial regulations. Guide the current temporary team to the long term delivery model. Utilise experience already gained on Covid commercials in a highly pressurised arena. Operate at the highest level within the GCF to influence NHS Test & Trace commercial policy. Have specific experience of DHSC commercial systems and controls. Have specific technology, professional services and government commercial strategy expertise.
