The Service Providers of Dust Mats for hire must have the capacity to launder Dust Mats suitable for use in a high footfall environment and supply it in a timely manner, from receipt of dirty mats to delivery and placement of clean mats into Teagasc, they must ensure constant adequate supply of items to meet the needs of Teagasc on an-going needs. To this effect they must have a processing capacity to deliver this contract
