The Council is requiring Plumbing Works in South Dublin County Council Residential Buildings and on rare occasions other buildings and locations: Approximately 4,000 requests for works are received in Housing Maintenance and these works may include, for example. a) Waste Pipework and Fittings b) Stop Cocks and Valves c) Water Storage Tanks d) Hot Water Cylinders e) WC Suite and Associated Works f) Sundry Works: Safety Checks and drain downs
