Sharing Best Practice on Young People’s Social Prescribing Models: Waltham Forest Youth Health Champions Programme Film

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to appoint a single provider to create a film about the Youth Health Champions programme in the borough. This video seeks to draw out best practice demonstrated in this programme, and to gain feedback and learning from all those involved in the programme. The programme is considered to be a young person’s social prescribing model, and this best practice and learning will be shared with other boroughs in North East London, and beyond. The funding is provided by the East London Health & Care Partnership, formerly known as the North East London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP)
