Tender description

**This is a Voluntary Transparency Notice only** to advise of the intend to award a contract for the provision of Two Mass Selective Detectors To Upgrade Existing Analytical Systems in the EIH laboratory at the Institute of Navy Medicine to Perkin Elmer. Due to the proprietary nature of the MSD's, replacement for the existing units from the same supplier is the only viable option.
